2023-2024 Fast Facts Dashboard: Includes overview on the number of students we served in 2023-24. It also includes data on how many of our Pell recipients graduated or transferred.

Use the following dashboards to identify key information about student outcomes.

2024 Student Equity and Achievement (SEA) Dashboard: This dashboard provides an overview on how our students are doing on five key statewide metrics. This data is used to inform our SEA Plan.

2024 SEA Student Group Summaries: A companion to the the SEA dashboard, this link will give you group-by-group performance on the five statewide metrics.

2024 Disagregated Course Success Rates: This dashboard provides disaggregated course success and retention rates at the division, program, and course levels and identifies which groups are performing below our institution set standard.

KPI Dashboard: A public version of one of our oldest dashboards. You can review enrollment, course success, and degree and certificate numbers by division, program, and course levels.

Institutional/Program Student Learning Outcomes: Review the College’s performance on its five ISLOs and its various PSLOs. Data is dissagregated by race/ethnicity and program.

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness

Assists the president, senior administrators, management, educational committees and faculty and staff in their planning and assessment activities.
Serves as a primary contact with state and federal agencies with respect to information reporting.
Responds to internal and external information requests.
Produces educational and organizational studies and reports.
Develops and maintains a cycle of regular Fullerton College studies, reports and databases to support recurring decision needs of the college.
Serves as a reliable source for comprehensive and authoritative information about Fullerton College.
Oversees Fullerton College responses to national, state and local statistical surveys, questionnaires and other requests for data or information.
Serves as a resource for techniques of institutional research, research methodologies and the design and execution of information systems.
